D -- IDEA Maintenance & Support Renewal

Request for Information: Subject to availability of funds, The Department ofthe Treasury?s Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement with Audimation Services, Inc., for IDEA Software license maintenance and support renewals. The renewal of the license provides continuity in related products, upgrades, support, and maintenance to DHS. No other known source has access to this license. The Government intends to award for a base year and three option years. No solicitation document is available. The Bureau of the Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than September 18, 2007. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the requirement, at terms more advantageous to the Government. A request for more information will not be considered an affirmative response. If no affirmative written response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements, and is more advantageous to the Government, we intend to proceed with the sole-source award for base year and three option years to Audimation Services, Inc. Upon written request, a copy of Sole Source Justification will be provided. Electronic submissions must be received no later than September 18, 2007, 2pm ET. Please note that an RFQ document is not available at this time.
