Department of Veterans Affairs - Intent to Sole Source This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to AT&T, Phoenix, AZ for ISDN Lines and Telephone Book listings. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. AT&T is the only vendor that provides service to area. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated date of award is January 30, 2006.
