Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (ii) (A) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The award will be made to Smart City Networks, Limited Partnership, 5795 W Badura, Ave., Ste.110, Las Vegas, NV 89118-4724 to provide information technology support services to the Army Senior Leaders Executive suites at the Association of the United States (AUSA) Annual Meeting and Exposition. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance commencing on 23 thru 27 October 2010. The NAICS code for this requirement is 517911 with a size standard of 1,500 people. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals.
