To be negotiated on a sole source basis with D.T. MICRO INC per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 10/27/2017 with a closing date on or about 11/6/2017. Anticipated period of performance for the base year is 12/21/2017 through 12/20/2018 plus four years option included. This requirement is being solicited using commercial, simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or Faxed. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by NAVSUP FLC Puget Sound.
