NAICS Code 518210. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) HQ Contracting Services Office (DES-A), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with COOP Systems, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to provide continued support of myCOOP software maintenance and updates for 5 Users, 25 additional planners, and 180 additional contributors for the Defense Logistics Agency J-644 beginning 1 August 2007 thru 31 July 2008. This notice is not a request for quotations. COOP Systems, Inc. is the only known contractor with the proprietary rights to provide Maintenance and updates for 5 Users, 25 additional planners, and 180 additional contributors. This notice will be displayed until 4:00 PM EST Monday, July 16, 2007. A determination not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
