Full Description

The Bureau of Land Management, Utah State Office, Salt Lake City, UT has a requirement to have a full digital service (DS3) line installed at the property located at 440 West 200 South, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, UT 84101. This property is located in the Gateway Mall and is part of a leased property from the Boyer Company. The Boyer company contracts with First Digital Communications to provide all data and voice circuits from other carriers connection points ot the lessees in the properties at the Gateway. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting BLM's requirement as stated herein may submit a capability statement, which if received within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this announcement will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing and provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
