Full Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE, AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) intend to negotiate and award a contract on a noncompetitive basis to Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC), Gaithersburg, MD. This action shall be undertaken in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This requirement is a continuation of Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) services supporting USACE Army Corps of Engineers Information Technology (ACE-IT) to include Headquarters (HQ), Divisions, Districts, Centers, and Field Operating Activities. Services include: IM/IT Administration and Management Automation Services and Systems Support Communications Services and Systems Support Information Assurance Services and Support Records Management Services and Support Printing and Publications Services and Support Visual Information Services and Support The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services. A hybrid indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) fixed price cost reimbursement type contract will be awarded utilizing FAR Part 6 procedures. This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
