The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Lee (MICC-Fort Lee) intends to award, on a sole source basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, a contract to Dyna Touch Corporation, 9901 Broadway, San Antonio, TX 78217 to provide software assurance/upgrades to twenty two (22) ICE Kiosks to include: the TIPS software (proprietary) assurance and maintenance as needed; software upgrades as they are released, unlimited toll free Help Desk support, Email support, and comprehensive telephone assistance and instructions. The contractor shall provide a subscription to a web-based account, allowing authorized administrators access to view and Print Kiosk Usage Reports for the Kiosks for any time period, view and print Survey Response Reports for the Kiosks, directly submit a Kiosk Content Change Request, directly submit a Kiosk Problem Notice, maintain user account information - password, email address, etc., and view and edit selected Kiosk Display. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
