The IATA LAR and PCR are uniquely available only through IATA, including their LAR verify tool and hard copies, making it the sole source for these services. The contract value is estimated at no more than $350,000, with pricing deemed fair and reasonable based on past similar awards. Interested parties may submit a statement of capabilities via email only to Mary_Rawlinson@ios.doi.gov in Microsoft Word or PDF format by June 12, 2026, demonstrating clear and convincing evidence that competition would benefit the government; however, no telephone inquiries are accepted, and respondents bear all costs associated with their submissions. No formal contract clauses, evaluation factors, packaging requirements, or detailed delivery terms are specified at this pre-award stage, as the action is strictly a sole source notice to permit potential competition prior to award.
