This notice amended to the Presolicitation Notice is a Solicitation for Proposals. NOTE: The NAICS code is changed. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811213, Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard of $10 Million. The Product Service Code is D316, Telecommunications Network Management Services. This Solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. Attached to this notice are the following documents: (1) Standard Form 1449, consisting of 2 pages; (2) Performance-Based Statement of Work (SOW) with attachments, consisting of 19 pages; (3) Clauses and Provisions, consisting of 10 pages; (4) Pricing Schedule, consisting of 4 pages; (5) Current Wage Determination for Erie County, New York, consisting of 8 pages; (6) Current Wage Determination for Fresno County, California, consisting of 8 pages; (7) Past Performance Information, a form consisting of 2 pages; and (8) Brand Name Justification, consisting of 2 pages.
