Full Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1. The Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division of the RDECOM CC, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, has a follow on requirement to procure commercial items to support Headquarters of the 20th Support Command. The items are: CLIN 0001 Swiftlink Enhanced Support (R/B IP Kit) CLIN 0002 Swiftlink Enhanced Support (CG kit) The Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price sole source award for Swiftlink support to Telecommunication Systems, Inc, 275 West Street, Suite 400, Annapolis, MD 21401. The previous support award to Telecommunication Systems has expired and this action will renew the Swiftlink support for continued maintenance availability and technical support. Responses to this notice must be received no later than noon, September 27th, 2010, and show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
