Full Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Microlink 8330 Boone Boulevard, 3rd FL, Vienna, VA in accordance With FAR 13.106-1b1 Soliciting from a single source. (1) For purchases not excedding the simplified aquistition threshold, contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g. urgency, exclusive licensing agreements , brand name or industrial mobilization. The contractor shall perform all tasks necessary to deliver a fully working, optionally configured Ultraseek Search engine version 6.01 per the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). It requires configuration and maintenance for current Ultraseek service license for unlimited documents, including database module, SSl module and one development/test license for unlimited documents. Maintenance and configuration includes one year of Microlink Standard Support to include all updates and version releases, hotline telephone support, and bug fixes for the period 23 Sep 2010 to 22 Nov 2010. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services, they must respond to this notice before Thursday 23 Sep 2010, 1200 hrs Central Daylight Saving Time (CDST). If no responses are received by the above referenced date/time a sole source contract will be awarded to the Microlink.
