Full Description

The U.S. Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Terrain Experts, Inc. for Terra Vista Pro Builder 3-D Terrain Software; Terra Support and Maintenance Service; Semi-Automated Forces (SAF) USA Formats; 1 year Support and Maintenance Service - SAF USA. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers. Based on the requirements of this Solicitation, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement, on a full and open competitive basis upon receipt of responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. No formal solicitation package is available. Only written responses will be accepted and must be received within 3 calendar days of the date of this notice. The Government anticipates an award date on or about May 24, 2004. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement. See Note 22 (Sole Source Award). Note 22 is modified to read 3 days in lieu of 30 days.
