The U.S. Army Contracting Command, 410th Miami Regional Contracting Office, plans to negotiate a sole-source purchase order with Comcast for the continuation of a 30/30Mbps Enterprise Dedicated Internet Service to the U.S. Southern Command Headquarters. This procurement is conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is classified as an Other Than Full and Open Competition action according to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) and 13.501.
