***Sole Source Award Notice*** The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service, National Agricultural Library intends to award on a Sole Source basis the following requirement for Upgrade to Distributed Explorit application to research accelerator, add Alerts Capability. Also to put into production up to ten (10) special pages for individual Information Centers including four new ones on behalf of all current employees, contractors, cooperators, and volunteers performing work on behalf of USDA. All users listed above will be acting within the scope of their relationship with USDA, and any public on-site users, who are duly authorized by the Government to access USDA secure intranet. The access is for ordinary business, scholarly and educational purposes of the Government, and for personal use, consistent with the Fair Use provisions of the United States and international copyright laws. The sole sources awards are intended to be awarded to Deep Web Technologies, Inc., for the period beginning September 29, 2007 through September 30, 2008.
