THIS AMENDMENT IS TO ANSWER VENDOR QUESTIONS AND MODIFY SOLICITATION DATES TO 09/21/2015. THIS IS BEING DONE IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF QUOTES AND INSURE AWARD OF CONTRACT GOES SMOOTHLY BEFORE THE SHUTDOWN OF FWS COMPUTERS FOR END OF FISCAL YEAR. THE UCCX TRAINING IS GOING TO BE FOR 3-5 INDIVIDUALS, BUT GENERAL PHONE TRAINING WILL NEED TO BE DONE FOR 25-30 PEOPLE. FOR NOW THE MAIN ROUTER WILL NEED THE ABILITY TO ATTACH 16 POTs (copper telephone lines). THE PHONES WILL BE SEPARATE FROM THE INTERNET (not voice will go outside the complex over ip). THERE ARE ALREADY FIBER OPTIC CABLES RAN TO MOST OF THE BUILDING AND INTERNAL BANDWIDTH WILL BE THE GIGABIT NETWORK AS PROVIDED BY THE SWITCHES IN THE CONTRACT. ALSO, VENDERS NEED TO BE AWARE THAT THE CALL MANAGER SERVER IS A REQUIREMENT OF THE CONTRACT AND WILL BE HOSTED ON THE CURRENT ESXi 6.0 v Sphere Host IN ADDITION THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE IS GOING TO BE CHANGED IN THE AWARD TO 8/24/2015 ¿ 4/29/2016
