This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for solicitation identified as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 36C10B26Q0497, for the acquisition of brand-name Lynx Keyboard Panic Solution enhance staff safety and emergency response capabilities at the Western North Carolina VA Healthcare System based in Asheville, North Carolina. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation is issued Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity basis in accordance with Section 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul VA Deviation 12.102 (a), “For acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), document the decision that only one source is available and the basis for the decision.” The intended source for any Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) set asides.
