VA Puget Sound Healthcare System is seeking to purchase software maintenance and support services for MyPath tools.
Offerors are required to provide an authorization letter or other documents from OEM (Nitid Bit, LLC) at the time of offer to provide maintenance and support services for existing, proprietary equipment/system. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.
Offers are required to provide completed 852.219-75, VA Notice of the Limitations on Subcontracting at the time of offer.
