The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, is seeking to purchase an annual subscription for Circle CVI42 software package or equivalent, having the stated salient characteristics, adhering to the Statement of Work (SOW), S02 36C26226Q1069 attachment clauses and provisions for the Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System (SAVAHS).

Award will be based upon a comparative evaluation of quotes in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR 12. Comparative evaluation is the side by side pairwise comparison of quotes based on factors resulting in a Contracting Officer decision for the quote most favorable to the Government. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions.
