The City of Peterborough is seeking proposals under RFP-07-26 for a market-ready Sponsorship Tracking Software solution to centrally manage its sponsorship program, which generates approximately 1.5 million dollars in annual revenue. The required system must support the full sponsorship lifecycle, including lead management, contract administration, and renewals, for roughly 2,000 City-owned assets and 400 to 500 businesses. Key technical requirements include the ability to export data in non-proprietary formats, role-based security permissions, and integration with the City's SAP financial system via CSV reports for invoicing and payment synchronization.
