Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, the Department of Defense Education Activity-Europe (DoDEA-E) Procurement Office is currently conducting market research to identify companies capable of and qualified to provide daily commute and special education bus transportation services within the Isles District's location in Alconbury, United Kingdom. Prospective contractor (s) shall provide all personnel, supervision, services, vehicles, adaptive seat devices, and equipment necessary to transport students and other authorized individuals safely to and from their designated schools and alternate sites for classes and authorized school activities, to include after-school activity runs, career practicum, or other curricular shuttle runs. Period of Performance of services will be 1 August 2016- 31 July 2021, base and four 12-month options. This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Proposals, Invitation for Bids, or Request for Quotations, and does not obligate the Government to any current or future commitments. The Government will not pay/reimburse any costs or charges resulting from contractors' submission of responses to this announcement. Written responses will not be returned, and no telephonic inquiries will be accepted. If your firm is interested, capable and qualified to provide the transportation services required, please submit appropriate written information and/or data supporting your company's capability to perform the required services. Information shall also include the company name, business mailing address, point of contact, telephone / facsimile number, Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), and Commercial And Government Entity/NATO Code (CAGE/NCAGE).
