Full Description

The Department of Justice, Procurement Services Staff, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), intends to award a sole source purchase order to GCPartners LLC., to provide the technical requirements and specifications for developing and implementing a process to transfer data to a case management system. GCPartners possesses the subject matter expert and is the only source reasonably available to develop and install the data transfer system based on previous consultancy experience with this system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541511. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government's Contracting Officer. Information received may be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. It is anticipated that a purchase order will be issued to GCPartners unless the Government determines that another organization has the capacity to meet this requirement.
