The State of Ohio – Department of Behavioral Health is soliciting dealers for products that are currently contracted under a Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”) Contract, State Term Schedule (“STS”), Competitive Selection - Two Phase Contract, Group Purchasing Contract ("GPC"), or Master Maintenance Agreement ("MMA"). Only suppliers who offer these products on an existing Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”) Contract, State Term Schedule (“STS”), Group Purchasing Contract ("GPC"), or Master Maintenance Agreement ("MMA") may respond to this solicitation.DBH will award this project to the lowest-cost responsive and responsible supplier.
