The District of Columbia Courts is seeking a contractor to perform construction services for the BLDA Cooling System Upgrades at the DC Superior Courts Probate Division, Building A, located at 515 5th St NW, Washington, DC 20001. The project involves the comprehensive upgrade of condenser water and chilled water systems in the basement and penthouse, including installation of new condenser pumps, chilled water pumps, heat exchangers, VFDs, associated piping and controls, and the demolition and removal of existing equipment. The contractor is responsible for providing all professional, technical, supervisory, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work under a firm fixed price contract.
