Dell PowerEdge R670 Server (or equivalent)

The 4th Circuit US Court of Appeals is soliciting the procurement of a Dell PowerEdge R670 server or an equivalent system to ensure redundancy and resiliency for courtroom audio recordings. This on-premises hardware will function as a HyperV virtualized server to host various premise files, databases, and application virtual servers. The required configuration includes dual Intel Xeon 6 Performance 6507P processors, 6400MT/s RDIMMs, a Broadcom S7412 Dual Port 10GbE BASE-T Adapter, and Windows Server 2025 Datacenter OS. The equipment must be delivered with PowerEdge 1U shipping materials and include NEMA 5-15P to C13 power cords. A critical component of this requirement is the inclusion of seven years of ProSupport, which must provide 7x24 technical support and next business day onsite service following problem diagnosis.
