Title : Demolition and decontamination of part of the MCTS building at Notre-Dame-du-Portage owned by the Canadian Coast Guard. Summary of scope of work : The work covered by this contract involves the demolition and decontamination of only part of the MCTS building at Notre-Dame-du-Portage. Only elements contaminated with lead and asbestos will be demolished and removed from the site by the Contractor. The work includes the asbestos-contaminated roof membrane, the interior ceiling contaminated with lead paint, the concrete floor and walls inside the building, and certain red-painted elements contaminated with lead.
