Pre-solicitation notice issued to identify an upcoming requirement to demolish and clear three H-shaped buildings at Cristobal, Colon, also known as Fort Sherman. The scope includes demolition and removal of vertical building structures while protecting existing concrete slab foundations, hauling and waste management of hazardous materials, and final site clean-up of demolition areas.


This notice meets the requirements of RFO 12.201-1 Simplified procedures, paragraph (c)(2)(i) in order to solicit quotations directly from suppliers. Vendors may contact the POCs in this pre-solicitation notice to identify interest, but there is no guarantee that all interested vendors will be selected to receive the RFQ when issued.
