DEMOLITION OF 3019 FAIRWEST PLACE

The City of Montgomery, Alabama, is soliciting sealed bids for RAA Project #25-013, which involves the complete demolition and removal of the building and associated site improvements located at 3019 Fairwest Place. The scope of work requires the full demolition of the structure down to the building pad, including all architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as the removal of concrete slabs, sidewalks, and fencing. The contractor is responsible for coordinating utility disconnections, removing the water meter, and ensuring the legal disposal of all debris, refrigerants, and hazardous materials in accordance with EPA, state, and local regulations. Following demolition, the contractor must implement erosion and sediment control measures and backfill and grade the site to ensure positive drainage and stabilization for mowing. Bids must be submitted to the City of Montgomery Procurement Department by October 1, 2026, at 2:30 pm.
