The City of New Smyrna Beach is seeking sealed qualifications from licensed contractors to provide Demolition Services.The intent of this solicitation is to establish a pool of Contractors to provide demolition services on an as-need basis using purchase orders issued by the City. The City makes no covenant or promise as to the number of available projects or that the awarded Contractor will perform any project for the City during the life of the basic contract. The basic contract does not authorize the performance of any work or require the City to place orders for work.Expiration of the term of the contract will have no effect upon task assignments issued pursuant to the basic contract and prior to the expiration date. Obligations entered therein by both parties shall remain in effect until completion of the work previously authorized by the City.
