The Department of National Defence (DND), through the Canadian Forces Health Services Dental Clinics (CF H Svcs), has a requirement for the repair, overhaul, maintenance, modification, calibration, installation and removal of dental equipment located at DND dental clinics across Canada in order to maintain the operational capabilities of all dental equipment to ensure the health and well being of all Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members. The DND dental clinics across Canada have been divided into five separate Regions: Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland, Eastern and Western Canada.
Multiple contracts may be awarded to bidders who meet the technical mandatory requirements and provide the lowest price for each Region. The Contract period will be from date of Contract Award to one (1) year later, with an irrevocable option to extend the term of the contract by up to four (four) additional one-year periods under the same conditions.
