This is an Award Notice prepared in accordance with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation procedures. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) awarded contract N0042123D0022 that resulted from Solicitation N0042123R0061 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) of 5000 US Hwy 1 N, Saint Augustine, FL 32095-6200.
