The vendor must hold ISO 9001 certification, submit a capability statement not exceeding ten pages, and provide a Unique Entity ID and CAGE code. All submissions become government property, and contractor personnel requiring base access must undergo vetting with a turnaround of three to five business days, operating only within stated duty hours. No pricing data is provided, as this is a sources-sought notice for market research preceding a competitive procurement, likely structured as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable award based on strict compliance with mandatory technical and operational requirements.
