This contract is a firm fixed-price task order issued under the NRP MATOC Pool, targeting the design-build replacement of EPDM roof systems at NY116 in New Windsor, New York, under the U.S. Army Reserves National Roofing Program. The scope encompasses full design and construction services for two locations: a 43,577-square-foot USARC facility and a 14,714-square-foot AMSA structure. The contractor must deliver 100% CAD-based design documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and comprehensive design analysis incorporating engineering computations, code reviews for fire protection, life safety, environmental, and accessibility requirements, and documentation of existing conditions—all in compliance with the Unified Facilities Guide Specifications.
