AMENDMENT 0001:
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the submission of quotes deadline for the subject solicitation. The purpose of extending the deadline is to allow the multi-functional team (MFT) time to review and provide a response to questions submitted by vendors received prior to the question submission deadline dated on Tuesday, 23 June 2026 at 11:00 AM(CDT. Please refer to the new attachment "4. Attachment - Amendment 0001, FA301626Q0139, Destruction Cart, Extend Quote Deadline" for additional details and require vendors to SIGNED & ACKNOWLEDGED the AMENDMENT.

This capability is critical for ensuring compliance with data security protocols and mitigating the risk of data spillage. The system must provide a complete, verifiable audit trail of the erasure and destruction process for accountability and reporting purposes.
Question Submission Deadline: All questions must be submitted in writing by email no later than 11:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST) on TUESDAY, 23 June 2026.
