The contract is structured under a firm-fixed price arrangement with a base period running from May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027, and four optional one-year extension periods that could extend performance through May 31, 2031, with quantities of 300 units for the main hospital and 25 units per Fisher House across all periods.
