The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide a qualified contractor to perform quarterly and annual preventative maintenance on an Onan (Cummins) 900DFJC V12 diesel generator. All services will be performed on-site at the Utah Division of Technology Services (DTS) regional office, located at 350 S 900 W, Richfield, UT 84701.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: lowest bid.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
