Full Description

This synopsis provides notice that the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), on behalf of Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) Navy Communications Program Office, Code PMW/A 170 awarded contract N00039-18-D-0002 on a sole-source basis to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) of 8201 E McDowell Rd, Scottsdale, AZ, 85257. The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) award was made on 12/13/2017 with a contract value of $198,082,976 for the continued manufacturing, testing and delivery of AN/USC-61(C) digital modular radio (DMR) systems, high frequency distribution amplifier group components, spares for both systems, and engineering services to support their continued fielding and maintenance plans. This contract has a five-year ordering period up to the contract award amount. There is one option which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of the contract to an estimated $208,938,908.
