PERIOD OF WORK The period of the Contract is for a one (1) year period from date of contract award. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to acquire the services described at Annex A of the Contract under the same conditions and at the prices and/or rates stated in the Contract for up to four (4) one (1) year periods. The option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority and will be evidenced, for administrative purposes only, through a contract amendment. The Contracting Authority may exercise the option at any time before the expiry of the Contract by sending a written notice to the Contractor. EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY Basis of selection – Highest combined rating of technical merit (70%) and price (30%). SECURITY REQUIREMENTS There is no security requirement identified.
