1. PurposeThe City of Liberty Hill, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide clearing and removing any and all “eligible” debris on an AS NEEDED basis, as defined by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Publication 325, all applicable State and Federal Disaster Specific Guidance’s (DSGs) and policies, and as directed by the City of Liberty Hill.
