The project’s design revision, documented as an addendum to the original Mitigated Negative Declaration under State Clearinghouse Number 2024091171, replaces previous gangway-pier configurations with a single extended pier to reduce environmental encroachment into wetland areas and limit impacts on emergent tule vegetation, while staying within previously approved overwater coverage limits.
