Full Description

It is the intent of the Government to acquire on a sole source base from VWR International under the authority of 48 CFR 6.302-1, DM-450 filters; only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements. Pall Corporation is the manufacturer and has identified that the only distributor for this item is VWR International. This requirement is for infrared analysis of quartz in respirable dust. This notice of intent should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue formal Requests for Quotes (RFQs) or contracts. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary. Responses to this notice will not serve as proposals, bids, or offers which could be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
