The U.S. Geological Survey, Conservation Genetics Lab, Wetlands and Aquatic Research Center in Gainesville, FL, requires genomic services of molecular library preparations and next generation sequencing with specialized bioinformatics as described in Attachment 1 statement of work.

The firm, fixed-price contract is for a one-year period.

Quotes shall provide pricing, and technical capabilities and experience to perform the work. The basis of award is lowest-price technically acceptable (see E.9. Evaluation). Quote submissions are due on or before 7/02/2026. The anticipated award date is 7/16/2026.

The acquisition is not a small business set-aside. The NAICS is 541380. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the government. All correspondence and quotes MUST be emailed to sruggles@usgs.gov.
