The U.S. Department of State, through the Bureau of Acquisitions and Overseas Buildings Operations, is seeking information from U.S.-based businesses capable of providing international systems furniture installation services under a potential indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract that is a total small business set-aside. Work involves managing logistics through a U.S.-based Consolidated Receiving Point, performing warehouse inspections in both secure and non-secure environments, and meeting strict compliance requirements under the 2012 International Building Code, ASCE 7-10, FEMA E-74, NISPOM, and the Defense Base Act. Contractors must maintain a Secret Facility Clearance, with personnel holding Secret clearances, and are subject to 120 days from award to obtain clearance if not already holding one. Key personnel—including a Project Manager with five years of overseas experience, an Installation Chief with similar qualifications, and trained installers—must be identified and available for deployment. Deliverables include punch lists with digital photos, project acceptance reports, shipping plans, and expense documentation submitted in specified formats via email.
