The RFQ closes on June 15 at 0800 EST, and all quotations must be submitted by that time; amendments have clarified that delivery must occur no later than one business day after award, between 0800 and 1700 Monday through Friday, and amendment two is no longer in effect. Vehicles must meet strict minimum functional requirements including seating for at least 24 personnel, which may be satisfied through multiple vehicles or alternative configurations, and must accommodate four personnel each wearing 25 pounds of bulky gear plus full duffel bags, with a cabin carrying capacity of 800 to 1000+ pounds. The vehicle must include secure storage for 200 to 400 pounds of gear, have all-terrain capabilities, provide overhead protection for all passengers, be powered by gasoline or diesel, and contain no lithium-ion batteries. No funds are currently available, and the government retains the right to cancel the solicitation at any time without obligation. Delivery is to be performed at Moody AFB, Georgia, though the place of performance is listed as Fort Moore, Georgia, and contractors must use WAWF for electronic invoicing and payment processing.
