The City of Savannah is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide collection, transportation, processing and recycling services for source-separated glass generated through designated drop-off collection locations. Only electronically submitted proposals will be accepted at www.savannahga.gov/bids.
Proposal will be received through the Procurement & Contracts Division supplier portal until 1:30 PM on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. The names of the respondents will be read aloud at the Coastal Georgia Center Auditorium, 305 Fahm Street, Savannah, GA 31401.
A Microsoft Teams meeting has been scheduled for 10:00 AM on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 to discuss any questions and/or concerns that may have arisen.
Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase Proposal Forms to be considered. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah Promotes Equal Opportunities for all vendors in City purchases.
