Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm-fixed price supply contract to provide a cooling loop system for the 350 test cell Dyno to reduce single pass cooling water that is sent to the Industrial Water Treatment Plant (IWTP). A purchase description will be provided upon release of the solicitation. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside under the 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 333415-Air-Conditioning and Warm Air heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard is for this NAICS code is 1250 and the product code/service code is 4120. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The place of performance is Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150.
