E-Rate Proposal for Wide Area Network (WAN) and Internet Access Services NOTICE TO BIDDERS VERMILION PARISH SCHOOL DISTRICT, aka "District," seeks leased lit fiber proposals for WIDE AREA NETWORK connectivity and INTERNET ACCESS to 27 eligible entities listed on Page 22.
The data center is located at the VERMILION PARISH SCHOOL BOARD CENTRAL OFFICE, and all services terminate at this location currently.
The current network is a point-to-point 10 Gbps fiber WAN network connecting 27 sites. All sites share 10 Gbps of Internet Access (See Page 23).
Sealed proposals must be sent by certified mail, UPS, Fed Ex, or hand-delivered to VERMILION PARISH SCHOOL DISTRICT, or proposals may be uploaded at http://centralauctionhouse.com (Please check the Central Auction House website in ADVANCE for rules and fees for uploading to the bidding site(s). The District is not responsible for delays in uploading. Proposals received after the deadline will be disqualified.
