Remove existing boiler in mechanical room at Bldg.1398 c. Remove existing fuel tank beside Bldg. 1398 that is using for boiler unit. d. Perform every task necessary for this replacement work. (Install new hot water pipes from new hot water heater to existing hot water pipes). How many: 1lot 2. Justification / Reason: As per the PMI Report No.35m-1742, the boiler in Bldg.1398 has been deteriorated due to long-term use. 3. Recommendation / Information / Special Requirements: a. The heating system in Bldg.1398 had been changed and this boiler is using for only hot water supply at the moment. b. The customer is usually using hot water to rinse bacteria off in kennels. this project needs to install new hot water heater and tank before existing boiler removal.
