AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on June 19, 2023 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This Canadian Coast Guard and Department of National Defence requirement is for the supply of a total potential quantity of 7,750,000 litres of Naval Distillate Fuel as follows: a total firm quantity of 5,800,000 litres and a total optional quantity of 1,950,000 litres. The product is required between July 20 and October 19, 2023 over nine deliveries via ship to ship at several locations in the Arctic. COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIM AGREEMENTS: For deliveries to* Kugluktuk; Iqaluit; Cambridge Bay; Radstock Bay and Resolute Bay, NU; the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement applies. * where "deliveries to" means "goods delivered to, and services performed in".
