Full Description
In the event that the Bidder should find discrepancies in, or omissions from the Plans and Drawings or other Contract Documents, or should be in doubt as to their meaning, they shall immediately notify the Consultant. The Bidder’s prices shall be completed on the Tender Forms provided. An accurate and balanced breakdown of the lump sum price must be submitted in Schedule “A” – Lump Sum Price Breakdown of Section 3.0 Tender Forms. Work required, but not specifically mentioned, is to be included in the item to which it is most likely associated. If there is a discrepancy between the lump sum price and the extended bid amount, the lump sum price will be deemed to represent the intention of the Bidder. The lump sum prices and the aggregate or extended bid amount shall be exclusive of GST costs. The lump sum prices must be submitted on the materials / products specified and not on substitutions. The acceptance of substitutions may be considered but only after the closing of the Tenders.
